بررسی تطبیقی نیازهای کارکنان دانشگاه خلیج‌فارس بوشهر و نیروی انتظامی شهر بوشهر با استفاده از مدل سلسله مراتبی نیازهای مازلو

چکیده

Context & purpose: Specialized and motivated manpower are the most important ones in maintaining and developing Human life and the country can develop depends on attracting, training, maintenance and proper utilization of educated human resources and the elites. So, in this paper by surveying the needs of personnel in Persian Gulf University and Bushehr's police that structurally have very different from each other, the state of personnel in both organizations by using statistical analysis, in order to satisfy the needs of Maslow's five-fold have been analysed. The level of staff attention in both organizations to these needs have been determined and finally, a comparison between two organizations regard to these needs of the employees have been done
Method: At first, each hypotheses tested based on a standard questionnaire by statistical tests including Pearson correlation, analysis of variance and Friedman test and then research questions was answered by respondents. Finally five stages Maslow's hierarchy needs of any organization are achieved and it was a good base for comparison of the two organization's employees in terms of their staff motivation.
Findings: The Findings of this study show that the average scores on the five levels of the employees' needs among two Institutions, university and police force, have a significant difference. In both organizations needing to tribute is in the first degree. Whereas at the university need for social belonging is after the tribute. But in police force, basic needs are next the tribute in ranking.
